About Francine Collier

Francine Collier Francine Collier is a fine art photographer, abstract painter, and digital artist who resides in Southern California. Francine has always had a deep interest in art and photography since she was a child. When she got her first digital SLR camera in 2006, a whole new world of passion, beauty and opportunity opened before her eyes. Photography enables her to connect with the greater whole of life, immerse in the beauty of nature, and touch the human spirit.
